Summer had been long for Nova, she traveled with her Dad some while he worked and her grandparents thought it would be best for her to get out of the house. Most the time when she traveled she wrote Otter, her on and off again boyfriend they were in a off again phase but still remained close. She missed all her friends Rylan, Denna, Alex, and Preston she felt like she hadn't seen them all summer. Which really she hadn't she left the castle and basically was across the world the next day. When she arrived home she made her way to Brighton Bay where she knew Rylan & Denna were holding a babyshower for the niffler Marigold. She was excited to see her friends, she was there enjoying the strawberries when Denna got a letter, everything changed. Otter had died, Nova felt like her heart was ripped out of her chest at the news, had they not just spoken? Had they not just planned a date at the beginning of the year? Soon she ran off the beach..
